Nessim Mezrahi
Chief Executive Officer

Nessim Mezrahi is co-founder and CEO of the Company. Nessim is a mission-driven leader focused on the sustainable growth and profitable commercialization of the SAR Platform℠ to deliver high-quality and specialized analytics to key stakeholders at the intersection of risk management and the capital markets. Mezrahi manages an executive team to deliver specialized and independent data analytics solutions to optimize executive risk transfer solutions for Directors and Officers of publicly traded companies. Nessim spearheads strategy and innovation initiatives at SAR in collaboration with the Company’s Board of Directors.

 

Prior to co-founding SAR in 2018, Nessim estimated economic damages on behalf of shareholders on several landmark securities class actions stemming from the Great Recession that alleged violations of the federal securities laws under Section 11, Section 12(a)(2), and Section 15 of the Securities Act of 1933, and under Section 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and SEC Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder. Prior to his work as an economic damages expert, Mezrahi worked for General Electric's Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) where he engaged in the design and tested the effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting according to Sections 302, 401, and 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.  He began his career in corporate finance at the GE Financial Management Program (FMP) at GE Capital in Stamford, CT. Mezrahi attained his B.S., with a concentration in entrepreneurship and finance, from Babson College where he was a graduate of the Honors Program and awarded Highest Academic Distinction.

Anthony Kabanek
Executive Vice President

Anthony Kabanek leads the Sales Division. Anthony spearheads the Company’s business development objectives by building relationships to provide specialized data analytics and high-quality data licensing solutions to enhance coverage solutions of leading multinational insurance companies. Anthony assists leading executive managers across the direct and indirect commercial insurance market optimize utility and application of the SAR Platform℠. Kabanek partners with industry-leading executives to implement data-driven analytics solutions based on proven and back-tested methodologies to deliver value.   

 

Prior to joining SAR in 2024 from Microsoft, Kabanek had two decades of corporate sales experience partnering with executive managers to deploy and implement technology solutions for Fortune 50 companies. Anthony led successful sales teams at Microsoft, Intel 471, FireEye, and Mobius Partners. Kabanek is a 23-year veteran of the US Navy Reserves, currently holding the rank of Commander. He served as the US Naval Attaché for the U.S. Embassy in Madrid; was the Chief Military Liaison at the U.S. Consulate General Dutch Caribbean; served as Operations Officer, USCENTCOM/USSOUTHCOM; and was a Platoon Intelligence Officer, Navy Special Operations.

Gadi Rozmaryn
Senior Vice President

Gadi Rozmaryn leads the Software Engineering division. Gadi manages all technology and software development efforts to execute initiatives according to the Company’s innovation roadmap. Rozmaryn leads a dedicated team of software engineers that operate on agile methodologies in a cloud-native infrastructure. His team executes on a lean six-sigma culture and works together with the Data Science division to ensure an accurate translation of econometric functions are coded and tested on a scalable cloud-native infrastructure to effectively deploy User-centric features of the SAR Platform℠.

 

Prior to joining SAR in 2019, Gadi had two decades of experience in systems administration, application development, and cloud-architecture design. Rozmaryn has extensive hands-on coding and software development at start-ups and public companies. Gadi ensures all technology development efforts are in adherence to the Company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and in accordance with the organization’s high-quality standards.  Gadi also works directly at the code-level with data scientists that perform the Company’s on-going statistical and quantitative functions on all corporate disclosures to ensure quality control and successful back-testing of the SAR Platform℠ and the supporting relational databases

Stephen Sigrist
Senior Vice President

Stephen Sigrist leads the Data Science division. Stephen manages and trains a growing team of analysts and data scientists that execute the Company’s quantitative and statistical standard operating procedures (SOPs) to deliver independent, stable, and reliable data analytics via the SAR Platform℠. Sigrist oversees the goodness-of-fit testing of the applied statistical regression models that support the cloud-based application of the Company’s data analytics. Stephen manages all raw financial and economic data requirements in accordance with the organization’s high data quality standards. He works directly with software engineers to maintain and back-test the Company’s relational databases.

 

Prior to joining SAR in 2018, Sigrist worked as an econometrician for 15 years supporting nationally-recognized testifying experts in complex securities and antitrust class action lawsuits.   Prior to his focus in complex class action litigation, Sigrist worked at the Investment Company Institute (ICI) in Washington, D.C., where he researched, analyzed, and published industry-wide statistics pertaining to mutual funds and exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Sigrist attained his B.A., with a concentration in math and economics, from Valparaiso University and a M.S. in financial economics from Ohio University. He completed PhD coursework in economics at George Mason University and completed the Data Science Certificate Program at the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies. Sigrist is a SAS Certified Advanced Programmer and has expert level proficiency in econometric modeling using Stata, R, and Python coding languages.
